1-1 Coaching

As your coach I will aim to serve you to the very best of my ability. That is my commitment to you. So what does that mean?

I will only take you on as a client if I truly believe we can do some great work together.

I will show to every coaching session as my whole, authentic and true self. I will bring my vulnerabilities to the table and ask you to do likewise.

I won't be afraid to ask difficult questions. My aim is to serve you not to please you.

I am 100% committed to your success.

Usually (but not always) by the end of each session my clients will have a list of actions they are going to take take them closer to their vision. Usually (but not always) they would also have a new insight or understanding that will in some way help them on their journey. Every person and every coaching session is different and the only agenda I set with each session is to serve you as best I can with integrity and honesty.

Any coaching will be tailored to the needs of the individual client in order to address the specific reasons that drew them to coaching in the first place. That said, if a client was to work with me over a period of 3 to 6 months, we would almost certainly cover the following topics:

Vision

1. What's your vision for the life/ career/ relationship/ business you want to create?
2. What does this vision look like?
3. What does it feel like?
4. What does success mean to you?
5. What's the impossible goal?

Mission

1. What were you put on this earth to do?
2. When are you operating at your best?
3. What legacy do you want to leave behind?
4. What inspires and drives you?

Strategy

1. What do you need to do to achieve this vision?
2. What will your daily routine be like?
3. What steps do you need to take?
4. What habits do you want to create in
order to step into your vision?

Mindset

1. What's holding you back?
2. What psychological barriers are in your way?
3. How can we shift these barriers and
open up a mindset of possibility?

Energy

1. How can we do less of the former and
more of the latter?
2. What drains you of energy?
3. How does this feed into your vision and strategy?
4. What gives you energy?
(These can be people, places,
habits, objects, environments.)
